Peter Kenn is a Principal of the company with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Since joining Goedecke & Co. in 2005, Peter has underwritten and closed hundreds of transactions totaling in excess of $2 billion.  While most of these transactions are first mortgage debt placement with traditional lenders like banks and life insurance companies, Peter has also been active in structured finance and equity placement.  In addition to the transaction activity on behalf of his clients, Peter takes a lead role in maintaining Goedecke’s long-standing relationships with capital providers throughout the country.

Peter’s interest in financing began in 1999 with Eastern Bank’s credit training program and grew as he became a commercial real estate loan officer for the bank.  With this foundation, Peter transitioned to the mortgage banking business to broaden his experience with more varied transactions and sources of capital.

Peter graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Boston College in 1996.  He earned his CCIM designation in 2007.

Peter lives in East Bridgewater with his wife and two sons.
