Paul Natalizio is a Principal of the company with over 40 years of experience as a banker, real estate owner and manager, and commercial mortgage broker. In 2004 he founded Cornerstone Realty Capital, one of the most active privately held commercial mortgage companies in New England. During his career he has financed billions of dollars of loans including all types of real estate with deep expertise in multifamily, retail, and hotel transactions. His knowledge of property management and construction allows him to bring a unique perspective to his clients adding value to their businesses beyond just the financing experience. This has allowed him to assemble one of the most respected lists of clients in the business.

His long-term relationships with lenders, appraisers and other people critical to the loan process allow him to navigate every changing financing landscape and to solve issues quickly and efficiently when they arise. This includes long term follow up for clients that need to adjust terms as circumstances change.

Paul has a unique talent for building ecosystems where clients have become friends, business partners, and mentors to each other.

Paul graduated from Babson College and has received the CCIM real estate designation. He lives in Lexington, MA and is married with 6 children. He loves golf and is a member of Winchester CC and Jupiter Hills Golf Club.
