Ms. Puleio joined Goedecke & Co. in January of 2020 as the Manager of Loan Administration.  She is responsible for collecting monthly debt service payments and remitting the funds to the various Lenders.  Additionally, she monitors and tracks all Real Estate tax payments, Insurance renewals, UCC recordings & continuations, new loan set up, payoff requests and discharges for our entire loan portfolio.  She also assists with releasing funds for Reserve accounts as well as performs property inspections.

Prior to joining Goedecke, Michelle was the VP of Loan Servicing at Belmont Savings Bank for 7 years before the bank was acquired by People’s United Bank (now M&T Bank).  Michelle has been in Banking and Loan Servicing Administration since 1996.  She is a graduate of the Babson College sponsored New England School for Financial Studies.

Michelle and her husband live in Peabody and share 5 children between them.
