Laureen is the company’s Director of Asset Management.  She is handling all aspects of asset management for the company’s servicing portfolio.  Her role primarily focuses on Borrower requests, loan reviews, special projects, and property inspections.  She has over 18 years of experience in loan asset management.

Prior to joining Goedecke & Co. in early 2020, Laureen was overseeing a portfolio of loans for Sun Life Financial.  Previously, she worked as a Special Servicer handling debt resolution and workouts at CWCapital Asset Management.

Laureen graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree.  Laureen has always focused on a career in real estate.  Starting as a project analyst, she worked for a real estate developer in the Philippines prior to moving to the United States in 2004.

Whenever time permits, Laureen travels the world.  In between, she loves to recreate the cuisine from her travels and also plays indie rock on her guitar.
