Julia Treacy is a Principal of the company.  Since joining Goedecke & Co. in 2011, she has assisted in arranging approximately $4 billion in debt, equity, and joint venture transactions for clients requiring acquisition, construction, and permanent financings across a variety of property types. Julia is responsible for facilitating the financing process from underwriting through closing and utilizes this experience to train the Goedecke’s team of analysts. She also contributes to the company’s marketing related efforts, database management, and has experience as a Portfolio Manager in Goedecke’s serving department.

Julia graduated valedictorian from Bentley University in 2009, earning her Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Management and Global Perspectives and a minor in Law.

Julia grew up in Wakefield, Massachusetts and currently resides in Danvers, Massachusetts.
