With over 13 years of experience in commercial banking and real estate finance, Josh brings deep industry expertise to every client engagement. His comprehensive background spans both banking and brokerage roles, where he has consistently delivered financing solutions for real estate transactions including acquisitions, construction projects, and asset repositioning. Josh’s dual perspective from working on both sides of transactions allows him to navigate intricate deals and structure optimal financing arrangements that align with clients’ strategic objectives.

A graduate of Plymouth State University, Josh earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Originally from Plymouth, Massachusetts, he now resides in Middleborough, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
