Jeff Charneski is a Principal of the company with over 25 years of experience in the capitalization of commercial real estate, including placement of first mortgage loans, subordinate debt, institutional joint ventures and private equity. Over the course of his career, Jeff has advised his clients on virtually all property types and stages of development in every phase of an economic cycle.

After graduating from the University of Connecticut’s Center for Real Estate in 1995, Jeff began his career as an analyst in Meredith & Grew’s (now Colliers) capital markets group. Jeff left as a Vice President in 2003 to join Goedecke & Co. and move into a production role. Based upon his success in this new role, Jeff was made a Principal of the company in 2007.

Jeff grew up in central Connecticut moving to Boston after college. He currently resides in Sherborn, Massachusetts with his wife and twin daughters.
