Bob Clifford is a Principal of the company with over 30 years of experience. He is responsible for originating both debt and equity transactions across a diverse set of property types. He is known for his strong relationships with lenders, investors, and developers, and his ability to close complex transactions.

Prior to joining Goedecke & Co., Bob served as an Associate Director of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler’s (HFF) Boston office and its predecessor firm Fowler, Goedecke, Ellis and O’Connor. Bob is a Boston native and a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts where he earned a BA in Economics and an MBA from the D’Amore – McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. He is also a licensed Registered Investment Advisor (63,24).
