Katie Fishbone is a Senior Associate in production and a member of the servicing team with over 18 years of experience in both departments. On the production side, she assists producers in arranging acquisition, construction and permanent financing for their clients. On the servicing side, Katie has been involved in all aspects of loan administration and currently is responsible for various banking and accounting functions and provides as needed support to her fellow team members.
Prior to joining Goedecke & Co. in 2005, Katie held a number of positions at the Boston Redevelopment Authority between 2001 and 2005 including Project Assistant, Assistant Project Manager and Affordable Housing Portfolio Manager. Katie earned her BA from Colby College in 2001.
Katie grew up in West Newton and currently resides in Needham with her husband and three children.
