Goedecke & Co.'s servicing portfolio has been growing steadily. At year-end 2008 the directly serviced portfolio included 121 loans totaling more than $760 million, located in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York and New Jersey.

The company reported on these loans to 37 different portfolios for life companies and master servicers of securitizations, using FICS servicing software and transacting through Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. and Century Bank & Trust Company. In addition, the company performed non-cashiering sub-servicing functions for 16 (CMBS, life company and credit company) loans totaling $141 million.
